Jennifer Ward is our Dispatcher/Customer Service Manager/Office Lady (as the guys call her). She has over 20 years of experience in customer service and enjoys helping our customers and team. She started out as a customer when her water heater was leaking badly. She found Carlson Plumbing to fix her water heater and was really impressed with the experience. After several years as a customer she asked if Brandon could use help with the phones and here we are! She enjoys karaoke, spending time with her family/friends and loves to paint.
Ryan Mickelson
Service Manager
Ryan has been a plumber for over 10 years and has been with Carlson Plumbing for over 5. He has gained the experience to be our top team member and is taking on the role of supervisor. He enjoys figuring out problems with gas and sewer lines and helping the team with whatever challenge we encounter. He has worked hard to be in this position and we count on him to take care of our customers. When he’s not working he loves to ride his motorcycle and be with his family.
Mason Ventura
Service Plumber
Mason has over 4 years of plumbing experience with our company and prides himself with his efficiency. He has worked in the construction industry since graduating Highschool and enjoys doing plumbing work. He loves football and his family. When he’s not working he enjoys barbecuing for his friends.
Kyle Mann

Kyle has been in the construction industry for over 5 years and found he enjoyed plumbing work. He has worked at our company for over 2 years and likes providing quality customer service. He loves music and making art, he is a devoted husband and father of 3 kids.
Gil De la Paz Medina
Service Plumber
Gil was a diesel mechanic before trying the plumbing trade. He has worked at our company for 2 years and enjoys fixing plumbing systems. When he’s not working he likes to hike, camp and play sports with his family and 4 kids.
